These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://mr-jewels.com and purchases made from Monroe Family Jewelry. The website is operated by Envoise, based in Tilburg, the Netherlands.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Our products are offered exclusively to customers in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or legal guardian place the order on your behalf.

2. Final Collection Offer — 80% Off

During our final collection campaign, participating jewelry is offered at 80% off the original price shown on the product page.

The discount applies to the product price, not to shipping, handling or applicable taxes. Your final product prices and any additional charges will be displayed before you complete payment.

Where a sale price is already displayed, that price includes the advertised discount. An additional 80% reduction will not be applied to an already-discounted price.

This campaign replaces our previous $0 jewelry promotion for new orders. Orders already accepted remain subject to the offer and terms applicable when they were placed.

Products are subject to availability. Any exclusions, quantity limits or restrictions on combining promotions will be disclosed with the offer. Changes to the campaign will not alter the price of an accepted order.

3. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted once we send confirmation and begin processing it.

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, unavailable inventory or a material pricing error, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled order. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

All prices and charges are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any shipping or handling charges are displayed before payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped with tracking. The estimated total time from placing an order to delivery is 7–12 business days, including processing and transportation.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather and incorrect addresses may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship within the promised shipping period, we will notify you, provide an updated shipping estimate and offer the option to cancel for a full refund. Where required, we will obtain your consent to the delay or cancel and refund the order.

Customers should provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Contact support@mr-jewels.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

If your package is missing, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this section limits your mandatory consumer rights.

5. Returns, Refunds and Sizing Replacements

14-Day Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. The 80%-off promotion does not, by itself, make an item non-returnable.

Contact support@mr-jewels.com before sending a return. Our support team will provide return authorization and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us for assistance and return instructions without customer-paid return shipping.

Refund Amount

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after discounts, not the original or crossed-out price.

For an approved full-order return, the refund includes the discounted product amount paid, original shipping and handling charges, and any refundable taxes collected.

For partial returns, the refund is based on the amount paid for the returned items, together with any associated refundable taxes. Contact us before returning part of an order to confirm how any shipping and handling refund will be calculated.

Free Sizing Replacements

If your jewelry does not fit, contact support@mr-jewels.com with your order number and the size you need. We will help arrange a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost, including replacement shipping.

If the required size is unavailable, we will explain the available alternatives. You do not have to accept a substitute, and your applicable return and refund rights remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights relating to defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present our jewelry accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings.

Please review each product page for materials, dimensions, sizing and care instructions. Minor visual differences do not excuse materially inaccurate descriptions or defective products.

Unless expressly stated, our jewelry is not represented as an investment or as having a certified precious-metal, gemstone or appraisal value.

7. Personal Use

Products purchased through this website are intended for personal use. You may not place fraudulent orders, interfere with the website, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The website’s branding, photographs, written content, graphics, logos and design elements belong to Envoise or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit this material without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics and technology providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

Links to third-party websites do not imply endorsement. We do not control independent third-party websites. Our use of service providers does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

10. Website Availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from technical errors.

Website changes or closure do not remove our obligations concerning accepted orders, refunds or applicable consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms overrides an express product description, a specific promise we make to customers, or warranties and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Envoise will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any non-excludable consumer right.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory protections and court-access rights available to you under applicable law, including relevant U.S. federal or state law.

If you have a complaint, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve it directly. Contacting us does not restrict your right to pursue other available remedies.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, offers or legal obligations change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

Changes do not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
