Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, regardless of the number of items ordered. No minimum purchase is required.

Total Delivery Time
The estimated total time from placing your order until delivery is 7–12 business days, including processing and shipping. Processing time is not added on top of this estimate.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier and unexpected disruptions.

Order Tracking
You can follow your package using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact support@mr-jewels.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
